About Carmen
For over 15 years, I, Carmen, have called Southeast Louisiana home, where I spend my free time with my five dogs, caring for plants, and enjoying a good glass of wine.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and have built my career in the hospitality industry—a passion that began at just 12 years old in my family’s café in Mississippi. Hospitality has always come naturally to me, and I take great pride in bringing people together through exceptional food and service. I’m always available to connect, and whatever you have in mind, we’ll work together to make it happen.

Our Package/Pricing Details
We work closely with our clients to provide quantities of selected items that match their guests’ needs and budget. We do not use restrictive per-person package boxes for our clients.
If your event includes a significant number of older or younger guests, that is taken into consideration when determining serving needs, along with other important details.
